If this aligns with your values and skills, we would be delighted to receive your application.Qualifications:LLQP certification is required.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an advisor.Proven experience in product and sales.Strong understanding and proficiency with technology.Solid background in sales and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain personalized telephone contact with clients.Foster a trusting environment conducive to selling life insurance and living benefits.Educate and advise clients on products while adhering to company underwriting policies.Proactively seize sales opportunities and present product offers.Meet and exceed sales targets.Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform clients of available insurance options.Job Requirements:Proven experience in life insurance sales (required).A successful track record of achieving sales goals.Self-motivated and driven to succeed.Strong ability to build relationships and relate to clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving success.Organized with excellent problem-solving skills.Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of work.What We Offer:Hybrid work model: in-office on Monday or Wednesday only, work from home for the remainder of the week.Competitive base salary $$ + commissions $$ on life and living benefit sales (with a 1-year clawback).Option to transition to a 100% commission-based structure (no base salary).Quarterly and annual bonuses.Health & dental benefits after a 6-month probationary period.2 weeks of vacation.Access to an existing client base for prospectingno need to generate your own leads or sales pipeline.A dynamic and supportive team environment.If you're passionate about helping clients secure their financial future and are looking to join a thriving, supportive team, we encourage you to apply!
