The successful candidate will have experience in the Production Chemicals market in central Alberta and be compensated with a combination of salary and profit sharing. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the Central Alberta area and build a team from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesFind and engage new business opportunitiesCreate engagement with clients to help buyers consider new ideasRead client and prospect situations and match buyers pain points to our servicesComprehensively explain our services, and how it solves client challengesSeek Request for Proposals and work with field personnel to ensure submissions are comprehensiveAccount managementField testing and reportingSubmission of accurate reports to customersInventory managementPipeline risk assessment and flow modellingHSE reporting (JSA's and Safety Observations)Qualifications2 - 5 years experience in Production Chemicals with a focus on treating both Oil and Gas)Post-secondary degree/diploma in chemistry, or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreference given to candidates local to the Drayton Valley area, however for the right candidate will consider Edmonton, Red Deer, Whitecourt or EdsonTechnical competency in corrosion mitigation for pipelines and facilitiesProven experience with Production Chemicals (treating oil and gas)Strong sales and business development competency, with a focus on customer serviceExceptional MS Office skills (excel, word, outlook)Safety leadershipClass 5 Driver's license with no GDLSafety tickets and orientations (H2S, First Aid)
