The Position:We have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual), reporting to the Manager, Consumer Service. The Consumer Service Representative (Bilingual) is responsible for receiving, addressing, and resolving consumer inquiries and concerns regarding Conair products across various communication channels including phone, email, written, or in-person. This role will ensure that every consumer interaction is handled in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner that delivers an excellent experience for the consumer. Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries from consumers (e.g. repairs, warranties, general information, etc) received through the consumer service Toll-Free support line in a friendly and professional manner Respond to inquiries received by e-mail, by providing clear, accurate, and timely written responsesProvide prompt resolution to all inquiries / concerns and inform consumers and other parties as required of findings and outcomes Collaborate with the Marketing and Quality Control departments as required for assistance in handling and addressing consumer inquiries and resolutionMaintain and stay up to date on product knowledge for the product lines being supportedCoordinate and organize work flow to ensure accuracy and completenessRecord and update details of consumer interactions in a clear and thorough manner in the CRM systemCoordinate consumer orders in the CRM system to ensure fulfillment in a timely manner and apply payments to orders as requiredAssist in creating a positive work environment and participate in personal performance development Perform other administrative and support tasks as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Post secondary educationMinimum 2 years experience in a call center / customer support environmentFluently bilingual in English & French (verbal and written)Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skillsProfessional phone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and conciselyAbility to provide a high level of customer service within established time constraints under minimal supervisionExcellent judgement and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and within a team environmentProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Internet What we offer:We offer a hybrid-working environment and an attractive compensation package including extended health benefits, life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan.
