This role focuses on creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment while implementing effective behavioral strategies to ensure the student's academic and social success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct, one-on-one support to assigned studentImplement behavior intervention strategies and support plansMonitor and document student progress and behavioral patternsCollaborate with teachers and other educational professionalsAssist with academic tasks and learning activitiesSupport the development of social skills and positive behaviorsHelp create and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environmentParticipate in team meetings regarding student progressAdapt learning materials to meet student's needsMaintain confidentiality regarding student information
