Facilitating the production, transportation, and end use of low-carbon energy is critical. Highwood is expanding its team and is currently seeking to fill the role of Sales Executive.Highwood has launched the Emissions Intelligence Platform (EIP), a SaaS solution that enables customers to manage and optimize their emissions strategies in transformative ways. EIP is now live and being deployed with energy companies seeking advanced emissions insights and compliance solutions.This is an exciting opportunity where you will leverage your sales expertise to secure new business from Highwoods existing pipeline and contribute to expanding our global reach. As EIP scales, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and influencing the growth strategy for this market-leading emissions SaaS platform.We are seeking a candidate with strong enterprise sales capabilities and a track record of selling software to large oil & gas operators. Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles is essential. Success in this role will require building trusted relationships at the highest levels within sustainability, regulatory, and operational teams in major energy companies. Note that we dont expect you to have all of these qualifications, experiences, and/or skills. We often choose to train someone with the right attitude over hiring the wrong person with the right skills.Experience and Expertise:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on net-new business generation.Experience in SaaS sales (3+ years preferred), ideally selling solutions related to data, emissions management, or regulatory compliance.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas and revenue targets within complex B2B environments.Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders (Director-level and above), including VPs and C-suite executives at major oil & gas operators.Skilled at managing full sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, deal structuring, and close.Comfortable navigating the procurement processes of large, highly regulated energy companies.APPLY NOWFor full details and to apply please use this link and apply on our website - https://careers.risepeople.com/highwood-emissions-management/en/12311_sales-executive Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
