Our client is a full-service Mechanical Contractor specializing in both commercial and residential projects. This vibrant, young company utilizes advanced methods such as BIM to enhance their projects, which range from $1 million to $25 million. If you're looking to grow and develop your career with a people-first company that values continuous improvement and cutting-edge technology, this is the place for you.Your new RoleAs the Foreman, you will lead the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of projects from start to finish. Your role is crucial in driving project success by meticulously tracking productivity, quality, materials, and supplies to ensure everything is completed on time and within budget. You'll oversee and manage a variety of challenging projects in a collaborative environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Working closely with the general contractors site supervisor, you'll attend site meetings and review meeting minutes to stay on top of project developments. You'll provide strong leadership to your crew, efficiently execute BIM design, and coordinate between the BIM team and the pre-fab shop. Additionally, you'll proactively identify, track, and mitigate potential project issues, including labor management, ordering, scope gaps, and subcontractor errors, ensuring that any obstacles are addressed before they become problems. Your role is dynamic and engaging, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on each project and contribute to the overall success of the team.What youll need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in Mechanical Contracting and its associated components. You need to be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and effective in managing a team of 5 or more personnel. Being approachable and professional is key.
