Stinks like racoon (Racoons babies have been removed - mom may or may not come back it is jammed for now, area is setup its already 80% complete and clear open/acessible just need someone who has the ability to deal with racoon stink and do some drywall/blocking and cleanup finish. (Bring a respirator mask and eye protection or face protection or be okay with basic mask and gloves) - or as you will. (Dirty indoor work in a roof and limited outdoor work on ladder 1st floor level garage roof-From underneath. Offering for someone who is okay fo bill 20$ on the hour cash temporary - Active skilled person who wants to do the labor /repair - Safe and can use various power tools knows how to install drywall (May ask /offer to come again if need more and you do good work - Temporary as offered) Various tasks Start - Cleanup old insulation racoon mess while on a ladder and bag it up in trash (Very little left) (Remove a strict measured subsection of drywall and insulation =the area the racoons had access to) -Disinfect /Cleanup further -General cleanup moving garbage bags out -bRooming mopping - wiping vacuuming -help measure/block and seal edges of roof exterior wall edge area to prevent any entry points from outside -Install new insulation and vapor barrier seal in a preset manner and drill in drywall in 1 small section as high-lighted -Clean up exterior soffits and reinstall existing outdoor on a ladder -Help install a new garage motor kit -Indoor install wood shell along the edges soffits so racoon can't pop in and out from soffits -Crank an alternator help start my SUV to Move for cleaning Optional extra work I will likely offer if you want more work and done other main things I need done faster /well -Clean up some yard waste branches leaves This Is effort of work and cleanliness type work to start (its not hard or too time consuming - but very smelling/physical/dusty on a ladder-Various house stuff - Nimble willing able personm Cash Paid end of what's available or whenever you decisive to be done. Typical home maintenance work that people typically don't want to do. 10$ for lunch payable after 4 hours. Dont bill for breaks.
