Job Description

St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Separate School Division is seeking applicants for a full-time Payroll Administrator based at the division office in Leduc, Alberta commencing as soon as possible or a mutually agreed upon date. Reporting to the Director of Finance, duties include: Prepare, process, reconcile and distribute all employee group payrolls Prepare payroll related reports and forms as required Track vacation entitlements Process and report on Teacher and Support Pension Plans Prepare and distribute annual payroll reporting including balancing and preparing T4s Prepare necessary payroll accruals and monthly remittances Prepare Records of Employment Compile annual WCB reporting Other duties as required Qualifications include: Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is preferred Minimum 2 years working experience in a Payroll Administrator Role Salary will be commensurate with experience.
