Our team members come from many disciplines, cultures, and perspectives, which allows us to be spirited, dynamic, sociable, and fearless.SummaryFORREC Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to create and execute integrated marketing initiatives in support of the Business Development Team. In addition, the role is responsible for enhancing brand positioning to drive business growth in the experience design space. This role focuses on creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing internal/external communications, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to generate leads and improve client engagement.Accountabilities:Marketing Leadership & Execution:Actively lead FORREC promotion of company culture, values, including serving as an ambassador for the brand.Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support sales growth and brand visibility.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, and event marketing.Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources as well as agencies, and other vendors to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Track and manage marketing budget.Stay current on the latest technological trends and industry news, incorporating relevant insights into website strategy and content development. Sales and Lead Generation SupportCollaborate with the business development team to create targeted marketing campaigns and materials.Assist the business development team by creating sales messaging and content for proposals, brochures, presentations, cases studies, thought leadership pieces.Support lead generation efforts through email marketing, webinars, and trade show participation. Digital Marketing & Social MediaOversee by monitoring & analyzing website management, SEO, and digital advertising strategies to improve online presence.Manage and post social media channels, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.Track and measure campaign performance, website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.Execute comprehensive social media content across various platforms, aligning with FORRECs brand and marketing goals, including familiarity with Canva or other illustrative tools.Develop compelling content, including website copy, press releases, and email campaigns. Event & Trade Show ManagementPlan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, industry conferences, and client events.Attend industry trade show events to promote and champion FORREC brand.Develop pre-and post-event marketing strategies to maximize lead generation. External/Internal CommunicationsManage communications, including internal and external messaging, company initiatives, and media relations.Partner with senior leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications.Review, edit, and approve communications to ensure clarity and alignment with FORREC culture and values.Provide innovative ideas for effective and engaging communication methods. Qualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a medium-sized company.Experience in multi-disciplinary experience design firm is an asset.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Experience with event planning and trade show coordination.Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.Creative and innovative mindset for engaging communication strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, intranet, email marketing tools, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and Photoshop.
