This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who has a strong network in B2B sales and a proven track record in security services or related industries. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand our client base.This position reports directly to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within corporate, commercial, and industrial sectors. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, property management firms, and business owners. Proposal & Contract Development: Prepare customized security proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets. Market Analysis & Business Planning: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine our business development approach. Networking & Brand Representation: Represent XA Security at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Collaboration with Operations & Leadership: Work closely with senior management and security operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security industry or related fields (facility management, construction, corporate services, etc.). Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and generate revenue growth. Industry Network: Established connections with property managers, facility directors, or corporate security decision-makers are a strong asset. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored security solutions. Strong Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative selling approach. Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Capable of working independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
