Must Have: Proven experience in WMS, TMS, and OMS implementation, with a focus on optimizing inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including warehouse processes, logistics, and transportation management. Hands-on expertise in integrating OMS/WMS with ERP and other third-party systems to streamline business processes. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams. Experience working in an agile environment, managing backlogs, and driving sprint execution using JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on key initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Experience working in a Retail/CPG or Distribution business Requirements: 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance (QA) experience. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io for documentation and reporting. Knowledge of supply chain replenishment processes and best practices. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines. Must be a self-starter who can ask relevant questions and drive initiatives forward. Qualifications: Agile methodology certification is an asset. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
