We need someone whois passionate about talent acquisition and can seamlessly manage full-cycle recruitment whilealso overseeing key HR functions like employee relations, performance management, and policydevelopment.Reporting to our Head of Finance, our Human Resources Manager, will be the go-to expert,using both data and insights to make impactful HR decisions. Youll work closely with C-SuiteExecutives to create and implement innovative hiring strategies while ensuring compliance withemployment laws and best practices.What Youll Do:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)Lead and manage the entire recruitment processfrom sourcing to onboarding top-tiertalent.Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft effective recruitmentplans.Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, networking, and socialmedia.Ensure adherence to employment laws and best hiring practices.General HR Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.Oversee performance management programs, coaching, and development initiatives.Support compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and strategic HR initiatives.Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on engagement, DEI, and processimprovements.Oversee and manage grant opportunities for all eligible positions within our organization.What You Bring:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (required). 7+ years of progressive HR experience.Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices.Extensive experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.Demonstrates a high level of initiative with the ability to work independently and withminimal supervisionStrong knowledge is grant managementExceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.CHRP designation (or working towards) is an asset.Additional Details:Work is primarily performed on-site at our clients location in Surrey.Full-time, 40 hours per week.Start date: ASAP.Closing date: Open until the right candidate is found.Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
