Business Development Coordinator Mississauga, On - On site position Manufacturing Base Salary $65,000-75,000, Bonus, Benefits, & Vacation Collaborative & Friendly Corporate Culture! Our client, a well established, stable, custom goods manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator to join their growing team. This position is crucial in supporting our seasoned sales team by executing bids and quotes across a variety of different sales channels primarily with US Government and institutional clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing bid responses, managing quotes, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Role: Coordinate and prepare responses to bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies Manage and track the status of bids and quotes, providing regular updates to the sales team Review and process customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and Logistics, to gather necessary information for bids and quotes Maintain accurate records of all bids, quotes, and related documentation in the company database Assist in the development and improvement of bid and quote processes and templates Provide administrative support to the sales team, as needed The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of previous experience in supporting sales, bid coordination, quoting of products or a related field is preferred Prior experience in manufacturing would be an asset Post Secondary education would be an asset Prior experience working with sales support for large enterprise, institutional clients, or government bids would be ideal Excellent organizational and time management skills Incredible attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to focus while reading large volumes of information Proficiency in computer usage, including email and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for supporting a highly successful team #J-18808-Ljbffr
