As an Electrical Engineer in the BBA Vancouver office, you will lead and contribute to the execution of projects in conceptual, design, construction, commissioning and operational phases for our clients in the Energy, Industrial and Mining sectors. Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, engineers, designers and drafters in the preparation of deliverables to BBA and client standards Prepare, review and approve engineering design packages including reports, studies, estimates, budgets, schedules, drawings, calculations, specifications, quotations, proposals, presentations Develop and implement work methods Perform site inspections, testing and commissioning at client sites, locally and abroad Oversee and prepare proposals including scoping, cost estimate and schedule Manage and lead single and multidisciplinary project work packages including preparing budget and schedule, and tracking deliverable progress Train, coach, mentor and supervise intermediate and junior Engineers, Technicians and drafters Maintain and grow business relationships and the quality of BBAs professional services In addition to the technical responsibilities of this position, we are looking for individuals who have experience and interest in project leadership responsibilities such as project discipline leads, project engineers and project managers.
