Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to high-quality standards. Train and mentor apprentices and crew members to improve team performance. Operate and oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Manage job site organization, safety, and workflow. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members. In the winter, participate in remote work opportunities such as software training, sales, writing, and content creation (if interested). Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in hardscape installation. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew. Proficiency with tools and equipment used in hardscape construction.
