Electrical and Mechanical Site Manager (M/F) Join to apply for the Electrical and Mechanical Site Manager (M/F) role at SISINT. We are looking for an Electrical and Mechanical Site Manager to strengthen our Renewables Department. The role consists predominantly of managing and supervising electrical and mechanical installation on-site works. Your mission: Coordinate with other team members to develop detailed work plans and implementation schedules for PV solar plants. Review and prepare the scope, capital and operating cost estimates, implementation schedule, contracting, and implementation arrangements. Ensure reports are timely delivered with the required accuracy. Review the technical specification of the solar PV plant, transmission system, grid and power plant controllers, and support facilities. Assist procurement specialists on technical-related matters. Review and confirm the proposed technical design and configuration of the solar PV power plant and ensure contractors designs and works are executed according to the project requirements. Supervise and monitor the project implementation. Develop and maintain a project safety plan and project quality assurance plan and ensure compliance. Certify As-Built drawings and progress payments. Prepare quarterly payment reports and analyze causes of delay, proposing remedial measures if necessary. What we expect from you: Bachelor''s or higher degree in Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience. At least 2 years of experience in the design and project management of on-grid solar PV power plants, preferably with a total capacity of 10 MW or more. Knowledge of local standards and regulations (E-Redes and DGEG). Experience in the implementation of solar PV power plants is preferred. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet challenging deadlines. Ability to provide cost-effective engineering solutions while considering future technological and regulatory changes. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to mitigate program slippage.
