We are seeking a full-time, in-office Project Manager to lead and manage multiple Missing Middle developments from permitting through to construction completion. This unique high-growth opportunity will allow you to play a pivotal role in scaling our dynamic company as we expand operations.As Project Manager, you will act as the manager of the managers, overseeing design facilitation, permitting, and - most importantly - construction oversight. You will lead consultant teamsarchitects, engineers, and general contractorsto ensure projects are executed seamlessly, efficiently, and in alignment with our vision to revolutionize urban living.Key ResponsibilitiesManager of managers: oversee our third party general contractor on several active construction projects.Demonstrate adaptability by proactively navigating challenges and shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Manage and facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors to ensure project milestones are met.Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, providing leadership, clarity, and accountability.Conduct ongoing project inspections and ensure quality control, timely delivery, and budget adherence.Solve design and construction challenges as they arise, identify roadblocks, and develop solutions to maintain momentum.Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with design intent, business objectives, and community impact.Manage documentation, reporting, and permitting processes to ensure projects stay on schedule and compliant.Support the growth and scaling of our development operations by implementing best practices, systems, and processes.Qualifications & Experience4+ years of experience in design, architecture, construction management, or project management, with a strong interest in transitioning to full-cycle development management.Multifamily residential construction oversight experience required.
