This position involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting financial data to support strategic planning and operational excellence. The Financial Analyst provides insights that drive profitability, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's performance.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against these financial plans, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs, overhead expenses, and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing strategies for products, considering cost structures, market dynamics, and profitability targets.Investment Evaluation: Assess capital expenditure proposals, conducting ROI (Return on Investment) analysis and risk assessments for potential investments in manufacturing equipment and facilities.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, long-term financial planning, and sensitivity analysis to guide decision-making.Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate financial and operational performance to management.Reporting and Presentations: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.Strategic Support: Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, such as market expansions, product launches, and process improvements.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost structures is a plus.Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and financial software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Adaptability to changing business conditions and priorities.
