The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing design changes effectively and ensuring that any issues are communicated promptly. This role will require close collaboration with operations and internal teams to prioritize tasks, adjust production schedules, and meet customer deadlines. Strong Excel skills, flexibility in workload management, and the ability to work seamlessly within a collaborative team are essential for success in this role.Please note that this position requires 100% in-officeAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Monitor production schedules and adjust priorities as needed to ensure customer completion dates are met.Ensure timely execution of customer design change requests, aligning all relevant departments and individuals with project modifications.Proactively identify production-related issues, communicate them to the relevant teams, and work to resolve them quicklyCross-Functional CollaborationCommunicate effectively with operations, production teams, purchasing and other internal stakeholders to address issues and ensure a smooth workflow.Participate in weekly production meetings to identify risks to deliverables and escalate when necessary.Develop and communicate intercept plans for material changes, substitutions, and adjustments with production and procurement teams.Continuous ImprovementChampion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving process and communication challenges within the project management lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement resolutions that improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Customer Communication & Coordination:Coordinate shipments and ensure clear communication regarding logistics and delivery schedules.Support and process field service requests for replacement components as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (preference for experience in manufacturing or with a technical background)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholdersProactive with a proven ability to engage with various levels of management and clients.Flexible, service-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude.Highly resourceful with strong critical thinking skills and excellent attention to detail, ensuring projects are progressing according to schedules.Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Intermediate-level computer skills in Excel, along with knowledge of typical business software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized MRP/ERP software packages.We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for the interview will be contacted.
