The EPM Senior Manager / Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering EPM solutions that drive improved accounting and financial processes and reporting. This role requires technical expertise combined with leadership skills to manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying client needs, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring successful project execution. We currently have 2 needs within EPM Planning and Consolidations.Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture:Design EPM solutions that support complex business models, multi-dimensional reporting, and automation.Ensure integration with ERPs, CRM, Data Warehouses and other systems.Project Leadership:Manage EPM project delivery, including scoping, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.Oversee design, development, and deployment to ensure alignment with client needs.Client Engagement:Act as the primary client contact, guiding stakeholders through EPM design and adoption.Lead workshops to gather requirements, address challenges, and recommend best practices.Team Development:Mentor consultants and technical staff, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.Process Optimization:Implement automation, data integration strategies, and best practices to improve forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting.Technical Expertise:Proven experience in technical EPM tool implementation, including:Oracle Cloud EPM:Planning (EPBCS) Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service with expertise in Financials, Workforce, CapEx, and Projects modulesFinancial Consolidation & Close (FCC)Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARC)Narrative Reporting (NR)Profitability and Cost Management (PCM)Enterprise Data Management (EDM)Hyperion Suite: Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase.Data Integration Tools: EPM Automate, Integration Agent, and FDMEE.Reporting Tools: Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Financial Reporting Studio.Automation & Scripting: Groovy scripting, REST API, and SQL for process automation.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; Masters preferred.Minimum of 7 years in EPM implementations and financial transformation projects.Proven leadership in managing teams and driving successful EPM project outcomes.Strong communication skills with experience presenting to business leaders.Oracle EPM certifications preferred.Travel Requirements:Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements.Note: Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
