With a global presence, we specialize in creating unique stair solutions that blend architectural vision with engineering precision.Position Overview: As a Project Manager at EeStairs, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our bespoke staircase projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and our internal teams to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and functionality.43 hour work week with flex hour options. In office role. Fridays we close at 2:30pm.Salary: 90K + based on skills and experience.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, and timelines. Coordinate resources and activities across multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with the internal Plant Supervisor and Project Director throughout the fabrication process.Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and motivating team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Communicating continual improvement strategies to reduce costs and ensure smooth deliverables.Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. (RFIs, Submittals, production drawings, installation drawings, and sketches).Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Having a high level of proficiency in managing every aspect of the project.Financial Management: Track project budgets, expenses, and profitability. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management review.Qualifications:Post Secondary Education - Diploma or Bachelors degree in: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Design, Management, Project Management Professional or related field.3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction or architectural/industrial industries, with a focus on bespoke projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Clear understanding of building codes, welding and engineering specificationsAbility to read and understand architectural, structural and engineering drawings.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
