Maple Leaf Construction Ltd. is currently seeking a talented individual for a career opportunity as a Project Manager / EstimatorWe are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to contribute to project estimating and management, working alongside other project managers and estimators. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and project management of various projects from bid to completion.The primary responsibilities include:Project estimating - identifying bid opportunities, analyzing plans & proposals, assessing risks/opportunity, defining scope of work, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids and overall preparation of bid submittalsProject management - leadership of project safety & employees, coordination of resources, risk management, CPM schedule, monitoring subcontractor and supplier performanceComprehensive project budget tracking and analysisMaintaining good client business relationships as well as cultivating new business opportunitiesManaging client expectations and negotiating toward successful outcomesDemonstrate a commitment to Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Quality ControlQualifications:Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred5+ years of related work experienceGold Seal Certification preferredMust have the ability to work under pressure in a high production environmentExperience in field operations management and estimating from a contractor's perspectiveStrong teamwork, self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksExcellent verbal and written communication, along with tact and professionalismAbility to ensure a commitment to project delivery, client service and quality management within budgetMust possess a valid drivers license with a favorable drivers abstractOur employees enjoy the benefits of working with a successful team as well as a highly competitive compensation program which includes: A competitive salaryComprehensive benefit packageCompany matching RRSPEmployee & Family Assistance Program Company Events Please send your resume in confidence to and for more information on our Company visit
