This individual will oversee comprehensive financial reporting and analysis while contributing to the development of innovative workflows. Accounting & ReportingPrepare and deliver financial, management, and investor reports for diverse entities.Manage accurate cash transactions and maintain compliance with portfolio regulations.Ensure precision in posting entries, including accruals and amortization.Address investor inquiries with timeliness and professionalism.Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting activities.Assist with trust operations, annual audits, and liaise with external auditors.2. Loan AdministrationMaintain loan details in the servicing system, ensuring data accuracy.Process monthly billing activities and reconcile financial records.Perform daily deposit reconciliations and manage anti-money laundering compliance.Collaborate with teams to enhance servicing system controls and facilitate internal audits.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred or in progress).Minimum of 2 years in financial analysis, accounting, or mortgage servicing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel required).Experience with accounting software and mortgage servicing platforms.Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in team settings.If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please email your resume to .
