You will collaborate with a team of professionals, handle complex benefits plans, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and optimize outcomes.This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in the group benefits sector while working in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional results for clients.What Youll Do:Drive strategic impact Perform annual renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.Analyze and optimize benefits plans Conduct experience reporting, budget projections, and plan performance reviews.Shape the future of benefits Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits.Provide expert guidance Conduct market analyses, compare costs, and make strategic recommendations.Ensure seamless execution Assist with carrier/product implementations and review benefit booklets and contracts for accuracy.Be a trusted partner Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to drive success.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience in group benefits with a deep understanding of the Canadian benefits landscape.Financial acumen Strong analytical skills and experience in benefits underwriting and financial reporting.Tech-savvy mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Attention to detail Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaboration & communication A team player who thrives in both independent and cross-functional environments.Discretion & professionalism Sensitivity to confidential information and a commitment to integrity.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Benefits Analyst to make a meaningful impact.
