The role will coordinate timelines, manage documentation and facilitate cross-functional communication while supporting process improvements.What's in it for you?Health benefits and pension planWeekly payOnsite CafeteriaDiscount at our Chicken ShopOpportunities for career advancementA culture that values humility, a respect for family and hard workWhat You Will Be DoingAssist in managing the Product Launch Process from concept to commercialization Plan, organize and co-ordinate functions when necessaryCoordinate and support new project setup including kick-off meetings, folder set up, documents and Smartsheet set up and updatesMaintain and communicate project timelines and track milestonesPrepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on all action itemsCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches.Support risk assessment and issue resolution, escalating challenges to the Project Manager when necessaryOrganize and maintain administrative functions and processes by maintaining documentation throughout the projectEnsure data accuracy and consistency across all project tracking systemsFunction as a liaison between internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.Work with the project team to troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the project and ensure issues are resolved or escalated to the PM as requiredOther duties as assignedWhat You Will BringMinimum two years of experience required; specifically in a new project coordinator position within a food manufacturing companyWorking knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities Professional presentation with excellent communication skillsAbility to work / excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;Excellent written/verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation/facilitation skillsKnowledge of Smartsheet is an assetMaple Lodge Farms was established in 1955.
