The ideal candidate will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where collaboration with project managers, on-site supervisors, and field staff is crucial. The company emphasizes multi-trade coordination, pre-fabrication, and modularization throughout the project cycle, from initial design to final fabrication.Must Have:Extensive knowledge of Revit.Extensive knowledge of Navisworks and working knowledge of clash detection practices.Nice to Have:Experience working on hospital projectsReviztoVic Tools for RevitAutodesk Point LayoutAutoCadAutodesk InventorBluebeamPractical Knowledge of plumbing codeResponsibilities:Utilize Revit to design and coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing systems daily.Develop models from design to as-built conditions and create detailed 2D and 3D construction documents for installation and pre-fabrication, such as sleeve layouts, installation drawings, fabrication drawings, pipe spooling, quantity take-offs, and as-builts.Work independently and collaboratively with other trades and partners on fast-paced projects.Update and track changes of existing models and attend design/construction coordination and clash detection meetings with other trades.Collaborate with field staff to optimize installation, review and inspect installations, and issue reports.Manage sub-trades in the BIM environment and prioritize tasks.Stay up to date with industry best practices by attending educational workshops and seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing a personal network of industry peers, and being highly motivated to learn.Assist in estimating (as and when required).How to Apply:Please apply through the application link or send your resume to ***PLEASE DO NOT SEND DIRECT MESSAGES TO THE AUTHOR OF THIS JOB POST AS THEY WILL BE IGNORED***
