If this sounds like a fit, wed love you to be a part of it.About the Role: We are seeking a Bilingual Pension Analyst to be the front-line pension administrator responsible for providing employers with technical support and guidance to facilitate the administration of the CAAT Pension Plan.As part of the Employer Services team, you will support the contribution reconciliation process and the annual data collection of member data, and contribute to annual member statement activities.As the Newest Member of our Team, Youll:Manage relationships with several assigned employers to develop strong working relationships by responding to questions and providing day-to-day technical supportConduct monthly status meetings with assigned employers to track and resolve any issues while achieving a high level of client satisfactionPlan and participate in structured education and training sessions for EmployersSupport required system updates and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the effectiveness of the pension administration processPartner with other members of the Employer Services department to review activities, controls, service deliverables, and workflows to identify areas for process improvement To Succeed, You Bring:A College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Business, or another relevant fieldDesignation in CEBS, PPAC, or CBP is an assetMinimum two (2) years experience in MEPP or public sector pension administration, or with an outsourcing service provider; understanding of pension administration systems and working with pension plan textsExperience in processing and completing transaction activities including terminations, retirements, deaths, transfers, service purchases (buybacks) and pension estimatesExperience with processing year-end statement activitiesProficiency in French, both written and verbal, is requiredExcellent analytical skills, with a mathematical aptitudeStrong technical skills in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on ExcelStrong oral and written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of applicable pension legislation and regulationsA customer service-oriented approach with robust relationship-building skillsAn ability to effectively multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environmentAt CAAT, we believe innovation, passion, and purpose are ingredients for a great work environment.
