About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated early-career professional to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role combining elements of project management, business analysis, product management, and consulting. The ideal candidate will help manage software projects, drive product roadmapping, analyze business requirements, engage with stakeholders, and actively support the growth and direction of our products and services.Responsibilities:Assist in project planning, coordination, and management of software development projects for internal and external clients.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage Agile practices.Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to collect requirements, feedback, and insights for product improvement.Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Document detailed user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines using Jira and other project management tools.Perform data analysis to inform decisions and measure project and product performance.Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and manage expectations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science (minor or major), or a related field.0-5 years of professional experience (including co-op/internships) in project management, business analysis, product management, or consulting roles.Experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Experience using Jira for project management, issue tracking, and roadmap planning.Comfortable interacting with clients, conducting stakeholder interviews, and facilitating workshops or meetings.Comfortable performing data analysis and creating reports to inform strategic decisions.Nice to Have:Experience in the Consulting space.Certification or training in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner certifications).Previous exposure to product management activities, such as developing roadmaps and conducting market or competitive analysis.Interest or experience in software development technologies (Node.js, Svelte.js) and software architecture - including a minor in IT/Computer Science.Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and software architecture principles.Experience with ERP systems implementation or management.Who You Are:An outgoing and motivated individual.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaborative environments.Passionate about technology, continuous learning, and innovation.Were looking for someone eager to grow their career and skillset by contributing directly to exciting projects, engaging with diverse clients, and influencing product direction.
