Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven P2P Functional Lead to optimize and manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient implementation of P2P platforms, such as GEP, Coupa, or SAP Ariba, to drive cost savings, improve compliance, and enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of P2P solutions within GEP or similar platforms.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all P2P processes, providing guidance and support across the organization.Analyze and optimize existing P2P workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between the P2P platform and other enterprise systems.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the P2P system.Manage and resolve P2P-related issues and incidents, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Monitor and report on key P2P metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in the P2P space.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a P2P Functional Lead, with a deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.Extensive hands-on experience with GEP software or equivalent platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar.Strong functional knowledge of P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in developing and delivering user training.Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles related to P2P.Experience with system integration and data migration.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in P2P or supply chain management.Experience with automation tools and technologies.Experience in international business environments.
