Maintain and grow defined inside sales territory. Achieve specific inside sales territory KPIs.Exceed defined number of sales calls per day.Develop sales strategies by account, based upon potential incremental business, and execute to meet/exceed established sales goals and objectivesExecute high-quality calls to prospects in order to secure new accounts. Prospecting will make up approximately 50% of the job requirement. The remaining 50% is managing current active accounts and fulfilling the duties of the Account Services role.Complete all sales training opportunities as designed by HOYAMaintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, and update all competitive knowledge within the CRM system (SalesForce.com)Increase customer base through prospect calling, lead management, referrals, and supporting account expansionUtilize all resources to manage your territory. (Key Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, Accounts Receivables, Credit, etc.)Understand, create, and negotiate pricing within our pricing structure, and abide by the pricing guidelinesPlan, develop, and/or participate in product trainings, custom marketing programs, and events when neededResolve customer issues in a timely manner and use the opportunity to build stronger relationshipsOversee and manage relationships with our existing small accounts to ensure our industrial programs are working properlyCreate and distribute appropriate documents to educate our customers on our programs and offeringsSupport national marketing campaigns and collateral effortsQualifications:Bilingual (English and French) is a requirement2-3 years in a sales related role with achievementsCollege graduate is the minimum education requirementBe very comfortable with hosting virtual meetings with internal/external customersStrong business communication (both verbal and written) skillsProactive / takes initiative and must have good problem-solving skillsComputer literacy is a must: SF.com or other CRM, Excel, Word, Email, Navigating Keyboard/Computer etc.About UsHOYA Group: Founded in 1941 in Tokyo, Japan, HOYA Corporation is a global technology and med-tech company and a leading supplier of innovative high-tech and medical products.
