North America (US & Canada)Coolant Antifreeze / Performance FluidsAftermarket / Industrial / RetailPrestone / HD Expert / Air 1 / H2Blu / SoluThermReports to:VP Marketing Innovation, Branding and Product portfolioRelationships:3 Direct reportsLocation:Montreal (travels 20%)QualificationsEducation and Experience - University Degree in Marketing/Business Management MBA preferred- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceBrand building, product management, & marketing experience in the heavy-duty industry (on and off road)Experience in B to B, aftermarket industries (trucking, mining) and Industrial (HVAC, Data Centers)Experience with retailers (Tractions, FleetPride, Fort Gary) and OEMs (John Deere, Mack/Volvo)Creative & Analytical mindset: demonstrated successful project management, marketing BtoB campaign planning & execution on linkedin and salesforce, BtoB marketing tool kits, cross functional team interaction, new product launches (with metrics)Communication skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to create presentations and to present to small groups as well as large audiences- Good written skills for creating business plans, proposals, internal reportsTechnical skills- Ability to analyze market research and business reports, interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations- Good knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategy and margin management- Excellent technical aptitude with understanding of products specifications and usage, experience in new product development and launches- Experience in briefing agencies (research, packaging and advertising), in evaluating their work and giving feedback- Strong proficiency in digital, social media and e-commerce as platforms to reach consumersComputer Skills - Good working knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint- Strong ability to quickly learn tools to effectively run analysis (ex: PowerBi, Salesforce)Responsibilities- Develop insightful fact-based business updates- Define the vision and establish a clear portfolio approach (inclusive of sku rationalization) across the different brands- Manage Innovation working in tandem with cross functional teams (PMO, R&D, Legal, Regulatory)- Lead label designing and packaging process- Create marketing tool kits to support aftermarket sales team (Brochures, Sales sheets, website, selector tools)- Lead & attend trade shows for heavy duty in both US and Canada- Work effectively with advertising, promotional, research agencies, consultants, vendors, etc.Personality fit- Someone who goes above and beyond with a strong entrepreneurial mindset,- A solution-oriented thinker,- A fun and collaborative Team player,- Passionate about the industry & marketing and who thrive to learn,- With a high level of business ethics.
