About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled WMS Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of Softeon Warehouse Management System (WMS) for our clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, configure the WMS, and ensure a seamless implementation that enhances operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end WMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Work with clients to understand their warehouse operations and customize Softeon WMS to meet their specific needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth integration.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.Train end-users and provide ongoing post-implementation support.Document project progress, configurations, and best practices for future reference.Stay updated on Softeon WMS features and industry trends to continuously optimize system performance.Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in WMS implementation, preferably with Softeon WMS or other leading platforms.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics.Experience in system configuration, integration, and testing.Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and working with databases is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
