Recognised for three consecutive years as Canadas Fastest ISP, telMAX has ambitious plans to bring its 100% fibre networks to residential and business customers in Ontario.Your Position & How You Will Contribute:Based in York Region in a hybrid working environment Reporting to the Director of Business Sales. The Business Development Executive Sales will be responsible for leading telMAXs entry into the commercial market. You will generate and qualify customer leads, communicate with Businesses, Property Management ad Building Owners within our geographic footprint, qualify their telecom needs and goals, and create a solution using our state-of-the-art fibre optic services. A knowledge of network systems, fibre optics, and past telecom experience would be greatly beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a drive to grow and foster relationships with clients, and the ability to educate businesses on the benefits of fibre optic networks. In this highly dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career and within the organization.Responsibilities & Key Duties include:Sales and Lead Generation:Sell telMAX telecommunications services (fibre optics, internet, VOIP, etc.) to businesses, property managers, and building owners.Generate, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of warm and cold leads to meet sales quotas and targets.Conduct outreach via cold calling, emails, and networking to identify potential customers within your territory.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Customer Relations & Service:Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring telMAX is positioned as a trusted partner for their telecom needs.Educate customers about telMAXs products, services, bundles, and promotions to meet their unique business requirements.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Sales Strategy & Management:Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored telecom solutions that align with client needs.Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial for both telMAX and the customer.Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, data, and activities in the CRM system.Market Intelligence & Feedback:Track and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to contribute to product development and pricing strategies.Provide insights and recommendations to management on customer needs and ways to enhance service offerings.Represent telMAX professionally and ethically at all times, adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Attributes:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting business relationships.Knowledge of business-grade internet and telecommunications solutions.Familiarity with VoIP systems and telecommunication technologies.Past telecom sales experience or relevant B2B sales experience preferred.Proficiency in CRM systems and managing a contact funnel.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to cross-sell multiple telecom products and services.Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Willingness to support clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any issues.Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Relevant certifications or training in telecommunications, sales, or customer relationship management would be an asset.Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications or related industries.Demonstrated experience working with and achieving sales targets/quotas.Proven experience managing and nurturing a client list, maintaining regular contact to drive repeat business.Experience cultivating, maintaining, and using a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Basic knowledge of network design and telecommunications infrastructure is highly beneficial.Why you Should Join telMAX Inc.We are a dynamic organization that is growing and you dont want to miss out on the fun.We offer a competitive compensation package!Flexible working environment, yes you can work from home or the office what works for you?Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Health Spending Account (HSA)RRSP matching programBonusesAnd so much moreApply now to be part of our exciting journey!Equity StatementtelMAX Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
