We look forward to your interest.Overview:The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the management and continuous improvement of the companys E-Commerce platform, aiming to enhance the online customer experience. This role involves leading the E-Commerce department while ensuring the platform remains stable, reliable, and aligned with the companys business strategy. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams across various departments to ensure the website supports business objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead E-Commerce strategy and collaborate with internal teams to support business growthManage SEO, ensuring optimal online activity and site usabilityOversee the ongoing development and maintenance of a Product Information System (PIM)Manage user experience on the site, including content, navigation, and promotional campaignsMonitor competitor online activity and market trendsUse customer data and web analytics to drive improvements in acquisition and retentionDevelop metrics to measure website performanceCollaborate with external development teams to ensure platform investments align with business goalsWork with internal teams to improve operational efficienciesLead content management process and maintain documentationStay updated on E-Commerce industry best practicesQualifications:Bachelors degree in digital marketing or related field preferred3-5 years in a B2B E-Commerce role, including people management experienceExperience in mobile app development, website accessibility, and mobile optimizationExpertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and B2B wholesale distributionExperience with ERP Systems and site integrationsSQL knowledge, automation and AI knowledge preferredProject management experienceStrong change management and communicationCompensation Package:Salary range is 110K-120K +20% bonus3 weeks vacation, amazing benefits + pensionLearning & Development budgetHybrid structureHigh growth opportunity
