The Merchandise Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sourcing, category development strategy, brand and distributor relationships and merchant activities for deal making including, sales, inventory management, and assortment planning.QualificationsKnowledge of trending brands and products fit for naturamarket.caSourcing and research capabilitiesAssortment planning experience including building category development strategyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a teamAttention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious experience in merchandising (nutritional background a plus)Brand relationship and deal-making experience with brands and distributors
