The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day digital marketing.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and coordinates promotional campaigns and advertising materials to promote the company, and its productsProvide oversight of Internet, web site, including CMS, SEO, and all multimediaMaximize the return on the Marketing Department resources and budgetManage electronic media and custom promotional campaignsManage marketing, advertising, and office support functionsAssist in the development and implementation of company marketing strategyAct as a project manager to assure marketing plans and actions are being implementedDevelop and enforce brand standards at the restaurant levelAttends various company and community events as neededDevelop creative messaging and identify the ideal mediums for executionRecommends sponsorship to community events that have potential benefit to the brandResearch competitors and establish strategies to be steps ahead of the competitionEstablish relationships with the community, competitors, and vendorsRecommend sponsorship to some community events have potential benefit to the brandMaintain all spendings in accordance with the budgetMeasure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related disciplineMinimum two years of relevant marketing experienceMarketing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is considered an assetExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience translating business needs into marketing solutionsPositive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentProficiency in Microsoft Suite and design software
