As a Legal Assistant , you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple lawyers and ensuring seamless operations within the firm. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate legal processes, and contribute to delivering high-quality client service. Provide proactive legal administrative support, including document preparation and case management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, deadlines, and legal filings. Draft and review legal correspondence and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Manage client intake, billing processes, and file organization. Ensure compliance with legal procedures and maintain accurate records. Legal Assistant Diploma or equivalent certification. ~2+ years of experience in a legal assistant role. ~ Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document management systems. ~ Knowledge of legal procedures, client intake, and billing processes. ~ Accommodations for personal disabilities are available upon request during the interview process.
