The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing growth marketing strategies for an innovative fintech startup focused on AI accounting software. They will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives. The applicant must have a strong desire to work in a dynamic startup environment and be passionate about utilizing creative strategies to expand market reach in the AI accounting industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels including SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising Analyze campaign data to optimize marketing efforts Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing content Record, edit and publish engaging marketing videos Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and channels Engage in continuous research of market trends and competitor analysis Minimum Qualifications Recently graduated (or graduating in May 2025) from a Canadian post-secondary institution Strong interest in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related fields Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO tools, social media platforms, Google Analytics, etc.) Experience with video recording, editing and publishing tools (eg., CapCut) Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for working in a startup environment Preferred Qualifications Pursuing or completed a bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Previous internship or experience in digital marketing or growth-related roles Familiarity with fintech, accounting, or AI software industries Understanding of data analytics and A/B testing methodologies
