Job Description

Responsibilities will include internal management of client projects, working closely with the Protagon Management, Account Management, Design, and Project Management Teams to ensure client requirements are being met. providing timely responses and crafting compelling, on-brand messaging in cooperation with the Protagon team. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for ongoing process improvement that will help Protagon gain market share. Work with marketing to develop compelling and segmented content to nurture leads. Report to SVP Sales on a weekly basis regarding lead generation and lead qualification activities. Market research and ongoing competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning. Make recommendations regarding new market opportunities, products/services, pricing to ensure ongoing market share growth and customer satisfaction. Attend and make recommendations regarding Protagons brand presence at conferences and industry events. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Commerce, or Business Administration. Minimum 3+ years in sales, preferably in a Business Development role, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, advertising displays, or related industries Knowledge of CRM software, experience with implementation is considered an asset Understanding of sales performance metrics Microsoft Office proficiency High degree of organization and time management Valid drivers license Valid passport Agile and creative in the face of challenges or change. building trust is everything when it comes to customers and colleagues.
