As an early team member, youll play a key role in shaping both our product and the future of e-commerce, with the opportunity to grow alongside us.What you get to do every day:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top engineering talentManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiationCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamicsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule on-site or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring teamsAdminister technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the evaluation processMaintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitingPromote LTV.ai's employer brand and values to potential candidatesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processWhat we're looking for:Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology companyStrong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and industry trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managersExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsFamiliarity with technical concepts and ability to understand job requirements for engineering rolesPrior experience hiring for frameworks/languages including (but not limited to): React, Typescript/JS, AWS, Node.js Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhats in it for you?Make an impact!
