The Role: We''re looking for a scrappy and driven Growth Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is a unique blend of digital marketing, outbound sales development, and hands-on customer engagement. What You''ll Do: Identify ways to drive adoption of HeyMilo E2E Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Lead outbound sales efforts including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative tactics to generate qualified leads. Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to demo scheduling. Identify lucrative channel partnerships Continuously test, measure, and iterate on growth strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition goals. Collaborate closely with founders, sales, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and messaging. Who You Are: Scrappy, resourceful, and eager to take initiative and ownership and has a do whatever it takes mentality. Comfortable and confident making cold calls, sending cold emails, and proactively engaging with prospects Experienced in running digital ad campaigns with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable learner who thrives in rapidly evolving startup environments. Previous experience in HR or Recruiting tech is a plus, but not required.
