Our Vaughan client needs a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst for a permanent role. This is hybrid role with 3 days onsite in our Vaughan office. The successful candidate will support the supply chain workstream in master data management. This includes creating inventory item master, managing change requests, validating completeness of data and adherence to standards. Maintain, review, and monitor supply chain master data for accuracy Receive and process inventory item master creation and change requests from regions Validate data for completeness, adherence to standards, and eliminate duplicates Assist in assigning categories and other item attributes Collaborate with regions and departments to troubleshoot inventory item requests Load inventory item data into Oracle Fusion Set up inventory items in JD Edwards Assist in assigning items to inventory organizations, pricing groups, and cycle counts Ensure consistency of item numbers across multiple systems Participate in system roll-outs and implementation/upgrade projects for supply chain solutions/modules Perform comprehensive tests, including end-user reviews, for supply chain-related solutions/modules Qualifications: Education: College diploma or university degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systems Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience Required Knowledge: Strong experience supporting supply chain modules/solutions Beneficial experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and JD Edwards Proficient in importing data for reporting, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts Excellent understanding of organizational goals and objectives Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutions Fluent in English
