Job Description: Lead the configuration and design of Workday modules Partner with HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT and PMO teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for configuration, integration, and reporting. Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, business processes, notifications, validations, and security within the modules, ensuring proper smoke testing is completed prior to handing over to business owner for testing. Managing of defects, ensuring timely solution management. Support and reporting requirements working closely with other reporting teams. Ensure system integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting issues. Support the integration with multiple applications and consolidation of reports from Workday Experience in project management or leading HRIS initiatives preferred. Knowledge transfer and documentation Must Haves: Bachelor''s degree in, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Workday configuration experiences several modules. 5+ years experience and/or exposure to HR business and processes Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
