The Client A major financial services corporation is looking for a Senior EUC Analyst for their office in Toronto What you will achieve in this role. The Senior EUC Analyst will support EUC Governance Program activities for Canada Operations in coordination with EUC governance team. The primary focus is to work with business functions in identification of EUC tools, risk & control assessments, consult on the design & execution of controls, support and/or performance of EUC tool testing and implementing IT solutions. Delivery Plan the implementation and roll-out of new EUC Governance Tool. Identify technology modification requirements in existing applications to meet business user requirements. Speak with US Team to understand details of the EUC governance tool. Speak with various business teams in Canada to understand what EUCs are being implemented currently. Liaise and facilitate between all business units and technology teams to investigate and resolve application functionality, technical-related issues or requests, including EUC tools. Design and create queries and reports by analyzing business and user requirements. Assist in designing and creating EUC tools by analyzing business, user and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain procedures and documentation, including workflows and diagrams. Manage activities related to EUC tools and support team on testing to ensure adherence to EUC policy. Assist in response to audit related inquiries in relation to EUC tools. Work with EUC Owners, EUC Developers, and other stakeholders to comply with EUC Policy and Standards and the deployment and operation of an EUC Governance tool. Make changes to EUCs, if required. Manage and own escalations through to resolution including root cause analysis, identify fix and preventative measures. Assist business partners with EUC related inquiries, projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Participate in system development lifecycle including all aspects relating to testing (e.g. unite, end-to-end, parallel), implementation, training and documentation. Participate in the support of systems including requirements gathering, design documentation, monitoring issues and enhancements of systems. Assist with research to identify solutions for current and future business needs. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Compliance Ensure full compliance with all the Banks policies and procedures, including Anti-Money laundering policies, and the requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies as communicated by Compliance Department. Ensure all mandatory training is completed within due date. What you must bring to this role Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (finance, technology, business). 5+ years experience as a EUC Analyst with expertise in EUC Governance, EUC Management and EUC Development. Expert user of MS Excel - reading macros, writing macros, VBA, Excel PowerApps, etc. Track record of planning and executing an EUC Governance Tool. EUC governance experience is mandatory (Reporting - Financial, Regulatory, Risk, Executive Management, Board; Front-Office Operations, Compliance, Capital / Treasury Management, Tax). Strong business analysis and project management skills. Adept at speaking with stakeholders to analyze existing EUCs. Ability to communicate ideas, project status, findings and recommendations to senior management. Skilled at developing reports and presenting findings to all levels of business partners. Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio. Experience in Tableau is an asset. Strong process mapping skills: gather and analyze data, organize findings, build presentations. Strong planning and coordination skills to implement brand new cross-functional processes and activities. Assertive and self-confident to challenge status quo and propose diverse ideas within existing processes and business practices. Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with knowledge of financial business models and operating risks.
