If this sounds like a fit, wed love you to be a part of it. About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to maintain and enhance CAATs technology systems. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring system performance and availability, providing technical support to end users, and assisting with infrastructure, including servers and applications. As the Newest Member of our Team, Youll: Provide technical support to staff in the use of computer workstations, phones, printing, scanning, mobile devices, AV systems, software applications, etc. Respond to technical support requests and events, and ensure tickets are acknowledged, prioritized, logged, and updated regarding service levels. Determine the most effective solution for resolving technical issues, research solutions, resolve the problem, and document resolutions to support continual service improvement. Support upgrades of hardware, operating systems, and applications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise, escalate, and communicate with vendor support as required. Collaborate and update the team regarding issues, changes, and suggestions. Develop the knowledge and skills required to continually improve IT systems. To Succeed, You Bring: Possess a post-secondary education in an Information Technology field with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or equivalent. Have a solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Experience working with a service management tool, such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, or Remedy Strong understanding of Active Directory, with experience managing users, computers, and network resources. Experience supporting Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environments. Comfortable working with command-line tools and shell scripts. Experience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, VM management, resource groups, access control, and Microsoft Intune. A demonstrated expertise in Windows desktop administration, along with knowledge and familiarity with Linux, Windows server administration, and MacOS administration. Understanding of networks, VLANs, VPNs, and APs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines consistently Demonstrates adaptability and takes initiative to drive results in a dynamic work environment At CAAT, we believe innovation, passion, and purpose are ingredients for a great work environment.
