Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, registered with PEO. 510 years of relevant experience, including:o Minimum 2 years of management experience.o Proven expertise in project management, proposal submissions, risk management, and technical design. Strong understanding of engineering, planning, environmental, and construction principles, regulations, and best practices. Extensive knowledge of budget development and financial management within the consulting industry. In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act, as well as otherapplicable legislation related to staff supervision and fieldwork. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, mediation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines. Committed to delivering exceptional client service, ensuring effectivecommunication and prompt responses throughout the consultation process. Ability to provide excellent client service during the consultation process by keeping stakeholders informed and responding to inquiries promptly. Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Municipal Infrastructure Engineer Group Lead to join a leading civil engineering client in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be required to work on site Peterborough 4x/week. In this position, youll oversee and lead a group involved in a variety of municipal infrastructure projects, including: Road, utility, sewer, and main renewals. Intersection design and traffic management. Asset management studies. Stormwater management and drainage projects. Water and wastewater capacity studies. Water distribution network design.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
