They are able to deliver a sustainable and socially responsible solution in a substantial, economical and professional manner.SalaryEntry Level- $95k full benefitsJunior Level- $110k full benefitsResponsibilities and Skills include:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.Five-Nine years experience as project designer and project manager. Must be able to work comfortably in a team environment. Doing what is required and delegating to team members. Willingness to proactively take on the responsibility of construction/project administration.Prepare documents for civil projects and reports.Prepare monthly project progress reports.Preparation of proposals.Planning and organization of project meetings and presentations. Able to manage multiple projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prepare civil design for underground utilities and above ground; roads, grading, sewer and water.Able to solve issues which may arise throughout projects.Must be in the Winnipeg, Manitoba region.
