Are you a marketing enthusiast with a knack for project management? We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support our client's Marketing Leads in crafting and executing impactful campaigns for our personal property and auto insurance products. If you're ready to contribute to exciting product launches, brand updates, and strategic campaigns, this role is for you!This is a 12-month contract which requires the talent to work onsite at our client's office in Markham 2-3 days per week.What You'll Do:As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our campaigns to life. Your focus will be on empowering our broker channel with the tools and information they need to effectively sell our products. You'll be involved in:Campaign & Project Execution: Assist in planning and setting clear goals for diverse marketing projects.Manage project timelines, channel execution, and deliver insightful reporting and optimization.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including digital, legal, translation, and product teams.Broker Channel Empowerment: Develop and deliver compelling messaging and educational materials to support our brokers.Implement awareness, consideration, and lead generation tactics to drive sales.Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, sales sheets, newsletters, emails, and product guides.Digital & Content Management: Execute digital and social media strategies to enhance awareness and generate leads.Maintain and update key channels, such as websites, email programs, and broker portals.Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all platforms.Collaboration & Compliance: Partner with business units to define, develop, and execute effective marketing strategies.Coordinate with translation teams to ensure language compliance.Work closely with legal teams to ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements.Budget Management: Handle budgeting and invoicing for assigned projects and campaigns.What You'll Bring:College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).2-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or project management role.Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry (a plus, but not required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
