Oracle Functional AnalystJob Type: Contract (2 year plus 1 year extension)Primary Location: Fredericton, NB (Hybrid 2 Days onsite)We currently have an opportunity to be a Oracle Functional Analyst, supporting a client. The Oracle Functional Analyst(s) will support the business domains covered by the client's ERP Solution and perform business analysis, from requirements analysis to system solution implementation and support.Required Skills:Minimum of five (5) years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes OR a two (2) year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes and supporting systems7 Years Business Analyst experience in requirements elicitation and analysis, associated with business transformation, process design activities and IT Solution implementation5 Years experience with one more Oracle Fusion Cloud products: Human Resource Management, Financial Management Procurement and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Human Resources, Procurement or FinanceExperience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC)Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration to support long term system and business process sustainability within a SaaS applicationExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in the fields of Human Resources, Finance and/or Procurement.
