Utilizing world-class technology, TNG delivers solutions to the entire mortgage life cycle through its affiliated organizations.TNG benefits from a broad product suite, infrastructure, and industry expertise and has transformed the home purchase, sale, mortgage, and refinance process for consumers, lenders, realtors, and mortgage brokers.POSITION DETAILS:We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using AWS CloudWatch, and Datadog. Ensure security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption standards. Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications using containerization (ECS Fargate). Manage and optimize AWS services such as VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Lead disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss. Mentor junior team members and contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong proficiency with AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda). Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and management. Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing) and security best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, Solutions Architect). Experience with serverless architectures and microservices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
